Whole30 Round 2 begins today – No sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, or dairy for 30 days!

For the month of August, I’ll only be consuming lean meat protein, seafood, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and natural fats. Preservatives and processed foods are not allowed, which makes meal planning crucial. But these healthy, delicious meals are worth it!I’m looking forward to clearer skin, more energy, less cravings, and painless joints. So here’s to wholesome living!

On May 12 of 2018, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with my Bachelor of Science. This is an important milestone that I’ll build on for the rest of my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone that has helped me make this happen.

During my undergraduate studies I was awarded several opportunities and scholarships, but I’m especially thankful for the benefits that National Vision Inc. has provided for my family, and for me personally in my academic career. I was a National Vision scholarship participant for four years, and I’m so grateful to have had their support.
